Every person has his/ her own preferences in every facet of life. Similarly in terms of taking up a hobby, each person adopts a pastime in accordance with his/ her own personal taste. The passion for cooking is universal in nature as people all over the world take up this pursuit, sometimes as a career and on other instances as a hobby. Although their style and their preferences differ a lot from each other (most probably in relation to the geographical location), yet the extent of their passion is mutual. Whenever the prospect of culinary arts comes up, the first culture that occupies the mind’s attention is Italy. Being famous for its strong flavors and its in-season and fresh ingredients, Italy is one place where connoisseurs of cooking are found in great abundance. The most convenient way to identify an Italian dish is to check the mode of preparation and the ingredients used in the dish. If the meal is simple and the ingredients are easily recognizable, then it is most probably based on Italian cooking styles. Many websites offer a great deal of Italian recipes so there is no dearth of online Italian style cooking recipes. Two of the most popular Italian recipes are that of shrimp and pasta. Cooking shrimp Italian style or cooking pasta Italian style could be lots of fun in terms of preparation and afterwards with respect to eating.

For people who are interested in Asian foods, the region of the Far East is famous for its mouthwatering cuisines. Like the Korean hot rocks cooking style, which, as evident from its name, is a dish that is prepared on hot rocks. This mode of food preparation is very suitable for large quantities of food preparation. Then there is the Japanese cooking style, which is another renowned style of the Far Eastern region. Cooking Japanese style meals is pronounced by beautiful presentations and frequent use of food seasoning. As far as Japanese home style cooking is concerned, normally their staple foods are rice or noodles, which are mixed with several other ingredients such as meat and vegetables.
When it comes to mixing different styles of cooking, the method is referred to as fusion cooking style. Fusion cooking styles means to combine the method and ingredient of different cultural styles of cooking. Examples are mixing German cooking style with Southern style of cooking or combining Poblano cooking style with country style of cooking.

There are also some cooking styles, which are considered strange yet they are hugely popular among some people. Such styles include cooking styles on kiwi or fungi cooking types, both of which have their share of admirers and followers.
